Service and payment terms

  • Prices are in US dollars. The Launch is a one-time fee; the care plan is billed monthly until cancelled.
  • Payments will be processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. FormulatedBy does not see or store card details.
  • Timelines begin after payment and receipt of the access and materials we need.
  • Work outside the listed scope is quoted separately before it starts.
  • A full services agreement, including cancellation and refund terms, will be shared before purchase.
