Founder
Anna Anisin
Building communities, categories and growth engines for AI companies.
Anna is a marketing executive, serial entrepreneur and community builder with multiple successful startup exits. She has spent more than 25 years in B2B technology marketing, AI and data, leading growth for AI, ML and data-driven companies. She was convening data scientists and machine learning engineers long before generative AI became a boardroom topic.
She is known for building communities, media platforms, categories and demand-generation programs that drive measurable business growth. As the founder of FormulatedBy and AI Loves Data, she has supported over 100 B2B companies, and stays close to the strategy while a senior team of strategists, builders and producers runs the work with the same founder/operator mentality.

Founded in San Francisco and based in Miami for nearly a decade, we work with clients and communities around the world, with strong relationships across Miami, New York and the Bay Area. FormulatedBy is women-led and LGBTQ+-friendly, with decades of combined expertise across marketing, community and engineering.
We extend established marketing teams, or act as your marketing team before you build your marketing team: senior enough to set direction, close enough to the work to ship it, and honest about what a program can and cannot do.
Community is in our DNA.
Data Science Salon / AI Loves Data is a 225K+ ecosystem of AI, ML and data professionals, convened since 2016: data scientists, machine learning engineers and the technical leaders who put models into production. We built it, and we bring our clients into it.
It is vendor-neutral by design, with a standing commitment to reducing bias in hiring and in algorithms alike. For our clients it is proof of something harder than reach: we know how to build trusted technical communities, and how to connect a brand with practitioners and decision-makers without burning their goodwill.
